Our Favorite Recipes

While we love creating our own recipes or versions of recipes, but we use a lot of recipes that we find online as well. Some we try and decide we don’t like them. Others, we love and plan to make again. On this page, I want to share some of our favorite recipes.

These are all recipes that we have tried in our home and plan to use again. These are recipes that we feel confident recommending. So try them for yourself and let us know what you think. Keep checking back often as we will be updating as often as we find new recipes that we love!

Breakfast Recipes

Keto Cinnamon Rolls

Using the fathead dough, with a few modifications, these cinnamon rolls will leave you shocked that they are keto!

Keto Pancakes

Using protein powder, coconut milk, and a combination of almond and coconut flour–these pancakes are delicious.

Keto Coconut Flour Porridge

You could also refer to this as cream of wheat or coco-wheats (my wife hates the term “porridge”). For something similar to “coco-wheats” add a tablespoon of cacao powder. We also enjoy it with some banana extract and walnuts!

Bread/Rolls

The Keto Bread

This is the best bread recipe that we have found, and we have tried quite a few. It is fairly simple and great for sandwiches or hamburger buns.

Fathead Pizza Dough

Once you have tried this pizza dough, you won’t miss your traditional pizza crust. We enjoy this recipe nearly every week!

Lunch/Dinner

Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Tired of traditional hamburgers all the time? This is a great alternative. Make extra and you will have lunch for the next day as well.

Desserts

Chocolate Chip Cookies

An excellent option when you are looking to cure your sweet tooth. These are easy to make and great to have on hand for when you need them. Great in kid’s lunches too.

Butter Pecan no-churn ice cream

This ice cream is amazing! Plus, it doesn’t require an ice cream machine to make!

Keto scotcheroos

Who would’ve thought that pork skins could be used to make such an incredible dessert? You will be addicted to these!

Bone Broth

Bulletproof Bone Broth

This is certainly my favorite way to enjoy bone broth! Adds fat, flavor, and some great anti-inflammatory properties. (Video recipe)

Keto Comfort Foods: Family Favorite Recipes Made Low-Carb and Healthy, Maria Emmerich

This is definitely our favorite cookbook. Maria has done an excellent work here and I highly recommend this cookbook.

My goal on this page is to help you find recipes that work, taste great, and aren’t overly difficult to prepare. You have enough on your plate with life, so having some go-to recipes in your arsenal is too important.
