My kids love Cheez-Its and were very disappointed that they couldn’t eat them any more. So, my wife set out to find a way to make some. She came across this incredibly easy method for making them. This weekend we made these in the size of chips and had them with guacamole. It was delicious. I promise you will be addicted to these keto cheese chips once you make them!

Ingredients

Ultra Thin Cheese Slices (any flavor of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese slices into quarters (cut into ninths if making crackers).
  2. Place the squares on a parchment sheet lined baking sheet.Keto Cheese Chips
  3. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes (35 minutes for crackers) or until crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and let cool.

That’s it. These chips are incredibly simple and delicious. Pair them with your favorite dip, ours is guacamole, or eat them plain. This is a easy way to replace your kids’ snack crackers. So go ahead and try these, you won’t be disappointed.
